Direct/initiative application
If you apply for a specific job vacancy, your personal data will only be accessible to the employees (and their representatives, if applicable) in Human Resources who are responsible for filling this position. As part of the applicant selection process, your data will be forwarded to the relevant staff in the specialist department advertising the vacancy. Initiative applications are processed by the persons in Human Resources. They will only be made available for senior positions, upon request. By applying for a specific job, you agree to the transfer of your personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is correct and up-to-date.
Automatic deletion of your personal data
If you apply for a specific job advertisement, your personal data will be deleted within 6 months of the end of the application process and after completion of the application process.
If your personal data is held by explicit application or unsolicited application, it will be deleted after 12 months at the latest, provided that no new application is made by you during this period. Each sending of application documents extends the period again to a maximum of 12 months.
Contact form/ Callback request
We collect personal data from individuals/applicants that you provide to us when you submit your CV and apply for the jobs we offer.
